There's always been a bit of a controversy whether you should store your hard earned cash in the bank, or whether you should keep it on you. Some players say it is worth the risk to keep it on you because of the 10% fee that the bank charges to store the money for you. However, other players say it is better to take the 10% loss in order to insure yourself against losing it all in the case that you end up being killed and completely looted.
Then there are other players who believe you should have a small portion of your money stored in the bank, and the majority of it with you. The reasoning behind this is that if you do get killed and all of your money is stolen, then you will still have enough to get you started again.
Personally, I keep it in the bank. I'll accept the 10% fee, because I do get killed occasionally, and not having a ton of money on me seriously saves from me from a huge headache!
